We are seeking a skilled Leadership Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability programs that inspire growth, enhance engagement, and shape the future of learning.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Learning Team and contribute to our mission of empowering people and driving organisational success. You will be responsible for creating world-class learning experiences that foster strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver leadership and capability programs that drive organisational performance and strengthen our learning culture.
- Build strategic partnerships and anticipate workforce needs to create innovative, engaging learning solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and supporting technologies.
- Lead multiple projects, ensuring timely and impactful delivery, as well as manage your team to create impactful and fit-for-purpose solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Psychology.
- At least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large, complex organisation.
- Expertise in human-centred design principles, adult learning theories, and instructional design.
- Strong skills in consultation, negotiation, and influencing at all levels.
