Senior Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer success from scoping through implementation and ongoing service.
- Lead scoping workshops, develop custom implementation plans, and oversee large/complex implementations.
- Identify and drive process improvements for scoping and implementation projects.
- Ensure proper contracts are in place and negotiate scope variations as needed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, seeking upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success or project management, focusing on large, complex implementations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong project scoping, budgeting, and process improvement abilities.
