We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Seequent. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging customer relationships and market insights
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, with experience working with CRM software and other customer-facing tools
