Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Healthengine. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare practices, ensuring they achieve maximum return on investment from our products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer success and growth
- Proactively identify and address customer pain points, providing solutions to improve their experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Collect and provide valuable feedback to inform product development and improvement
- Lead negotiations and closures of renewal agreements with existing clients
