Role Overview

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and spotting trends. This role involves regular travel within Victoria, as well as interstate/NZ travel for a few days at a time, approximately twice per month.

A valid driver's license is essential, and flexibility to work occasional weekends is required, particularly during new store openings (with time in lieu provided).

  • Create and coordinate engaging content across our social media platforms
  • Implement our content calendar and support campaign rollouts
  • Manage scheduling and publishing across social media platforms
  • Support content shoots and work with internal teams and external creators
  • Monitor engagement, spot trends, and community opportunities
  • Report on performance and identify ways to optimize content

Key Requirements

">
  • Experience in marketing or content role
  • Hands-on experience creating TikTok and Reels content (personal or in a business environment)
  • Fluent in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar is desirable
