Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a skilled social media specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Drive engagement and growth through proactive community management and online interactions.
  • Take ownership of optimising and growing new and existing channels to drive brand discovery and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a social media or content creation role, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
  • A deep understanding of social media trends and pop culture, with the ability to translate these into actionable content ideas.
  • An exceptional eye for visual aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail, consistently producing polished and on-brand visuals.
  • Excellent video and photo editing skills, with demonstrable proficiency in industry-standard tools.
  • High proficiency in capturing high-quality content using an iPhone camera.
  • Excellent written skills with an ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that embodies our brand voice.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams independently.
  • A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude, with a willingness to be nimble and a continuous learner.
