Strategic Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Property Manager to join our team in Western Australia. Our business philosophy is centered around being authentic, transparent, and driven by a strong set of values.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and take ownership of their decisions, holding themselves accountable for delivering on their promises. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with people quickly.
The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be organized, making a plan and sticking to it. A natural problem solver, the successful candidate will thrive on solving problems and finding effective solutions for all parties involved.
We are looking for someone who values serving and supporting others and has a strategic awareness of the wider context and bigger picture. The ability to pursue opportunities and develop strategies to prevent or avoid risks is essential.
Key responsibilities include implementing the Strata Company's obligations under the Strata Titles Act, actioning quote requests and work orders, managing insurance claims, and preparing budgets and financial reports.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling and holding Annual General Meetings (AGMs), communicating effectively with clients, and adhering to best practices outlined in our Service Guarantee.
