Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide R&R Technical Coordinators on priorities to meet customer expectations.
  • Set priorities according to DIFOT and individual customer requirements.
  • Engage internal stakeholders and remove barriers to satisfy customer experience.
  • Develop WIP reports with weekly circulation, providing updates on job status.
  • Develop workshop capability, services, and tools in conjunction with Workshop Managers and RPLMs.
  • Approve Strip Reports and MDR prior to submission.
  • Seek to develop fixed pricing for strips and refurbs.
  • Ensure production orders are scheduled while optimizing manufacturing efficiencies.
  • Create a high level of team spirit and engagement.
  • Manage client relationship issues and escalate breakdowns, installations, and scheduled services with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or trade qualification preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems in a production planning environment.
  • Good understanding of basic project management methodologies.
  • Well-developed relationship skills in a business environment.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior responsibility for the profitability of a business centre.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Team player with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
