Acquisition Proposition Lead Job Description

We are reimagining the future of our members and their communities by working collaboratively across value streams and the wider organisation to achieve our growth targets.

This role is pivotal in achieving our growth targets by championing the development and ongoing optimisation of customer offerings. You will be responsible for constructing and delivering new member propositions and experiences aligned with our 2030 Strategy and Vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of Customer Propositions: As a subject matter expert, you will develop propositions and experiences for member cohorts, ensuring alignment with our 2030 Strategy and Vision.
  • Enhancing Member Experience: Recommend digital and technology-based initiatives to enhance the member experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Member Acquisition and Engagement: Create and maintain a strategy and roadmap to acquire and engage members, particularly in the accumulation phase.
  • Market Analysis: Identify market and competitor opportunities and risks, communicating the strategy to internal stakeholders to gain buy-in and action.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate with relevant squads and Product Owners during ideation, delivery, and execution of initiatives to achieve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ Years of Experience: In the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of superannuation regulatory environments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and practically execute, with strong data and analytical skills.
  • Influence and Collaboration: Ability to influence and collaborate in complex, matrix organisational environments to achieve results.
  • AWS Development: Experience in working in or leading an agile delivery team using tools such as JIRA to manage backlogs.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
