Job Opportunity

Mamamia seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of integrated solutions for brands.

As the Group Strategy Manager, you will oversee the workload and development of your direct reports, collaborating with diverse specialists and stakeholders daily.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strategic directions that inspire creative concepts in response to briefs.
  • Collaborating with branded content specialists to nurture innovative ideas aligned with brand strategy.
  • Working with Sales Managers to identify and develop new business prospects, contributing to market presence and growth.
  • Ensuring high standards in product quality through quality control and supporting team learning and development.
  • Positioning Mamamia as a leader in connecting with women, utilizing insights to enhance commercial communications.
  • Overseeing campaign execution to ensure alignment with core creative strategies and client objectives.
  • Fostering relationships with clients, contributing to post-campaign reviews and future recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a strategic role within a media agency or platform. Ideally, 2 years of experience in a publishing environment is preferred, though diverse skills are welcomed.

Required qualifications include strong leadership skills with 3+ years of experience managing others, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational and time management skills, sound analytical and innovative thinking abilities, and existing relationships with digital/creative/media agencies.
