About the Role\

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Cocktail Bar Manager. We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our cocktail beverage list.

As Cocktail Bar Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our bar operations. This includes managing staff, developing menus, controlling stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing new menu ideas\
  • Managing and training a team of bartenders and support staff\
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control and cleanliness\
  • Monitoring inventory levels and controlling costs\
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers\
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives\
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events and promotions\
  • Contributing to the overall growth and development of the business\
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies\
  • Performance management of staff members\
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports\
  • Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations\
  • Improving the profitability of the business through efficient management practices

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role or senior position within a hospitality or beverage industry\
  • Strong leadership and management skills\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies\
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations\
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends\
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively\
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
