Bar Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering exceptional customer service and taking ownership of bar operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
About the Role:
- Taking ownership of the bar area to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, cider, and soft drinks.
- Maximizing sales opportunities through upselling and suggesting menu items.
- Maintaining accuracy when ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Cleaning and maintaining the bar area, including stock control and ordering.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience as a bartender or in a related role.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fresh thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
