Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for guiding bar staff and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of bar staff members;
  • Develop and implement effective operational systems to drive efficiency and quality in the bar;
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies in the bar;
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the bar area;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a bar or restaurant setting;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including conflict resolution;
  • Deep knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine varieties;
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service practices.
