Executive Bar Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Executive Bar Leader in our esteemed sports bar and tavern located in Western Australia.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and ambitious individual to lead our team and contribute to the success of our establishment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the bar and floor operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and daily activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage inventory effectively.
  • Manage staff rostering, performance evaluations, and training programs to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Liaise with entertainment agencies to book local musicians and touring bands that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
  • Work closely with local sports clubs to promote events, tournaments, and other activities that drive revenue and build brand loyalty.
  • Oversee stock control, liquor compliance, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Approved Managers Licence and extensive experience in managing bars and teams.
  • Proven track record in staff management, with a focus on leadership by example.
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety.
  • Excellent computer skills and willingness to leverage technology to streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Proven experience in hotel or bar management, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
