Role Purpose
As the ANZ Sales Manager for Modern Work, you will inspire and lead a team of sales specialists committed to helping customers achieve more with Microsoft solutions. This position offers the chance to mentor your team in building strategic relationships, delivering innovative solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within the Modern Work Solution Area. You will also have opportunities for personal growth by learning from senior leaders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and expanding your professional network. This role will challenge you to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment, meet ambitious targets, and make a meaningful impact for our customers, our organization, and yourself.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management within a SaaS or similar organization. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 6+ years of relevant experience. Previous sales management experience in a SaaS or similar organization is preferred but not mandatory.Skills & Capabilities:

Responsibilities
People Leadership You will achieve success through empowerment and accountability, following the Model Coach Care approach. Sales Excellence You will lead the team in identifying and tracking new opportunities, bringing impactful industry insights into customer engagements, and leading a virtual cross-organizational team on strategic projects and high-impact solution sales deployments that enable digital transformation and deliver business value. You will establish long-term customer satisfaction strategies, guide the team in whitespace analysis, and participate in regular strategic planning for the assigned territory, reviewing plans via ROB meetings, and aligning team plans across departments. You will ensure teams meet sales targets and operational standards, maintaining the health of metrics within the assigned territory while mentoring and coaching the team on sales knowledge and product expertise, ensuring completion of training and certification requirements. You will build and transform new markets, participate in planning, guide teams in identifying potential business opportunities in the assigned territory, oversee end-to-end business across ANZ, and complete necessary training and obtain relevant product and role certifications aligned with the role and industry workload. You will lead your team in developing strategies through orchestration for driving and closing opportunities, guiding your team in customer communication to understand their business needs and facilitating customer interactions to assess those needs. Scaling and Collaboration You will coach your team to learn and apply the orchestration model, guiding them to build a network of partners for cross-selling and up-selling.
