About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Modern Work sales team in the ANZ region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience in a SaaS or similar organisation
  • Previous experience of sales management in a SaaS or similar organisation is ideal but not essential
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
