Campus Administrator Position

Seeking a highly organized and communicative campus administrator to join our team. As a key member of the campus leadership team, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient administrative practices and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front desk reception and related secretarial duties
  • Provide administrative support to teachers and support staff
  • Teacher relief support, including accessing daily covers and providing necessary materials and information
  • Handle general parent enquiries
  • Manage student absentee procedures
  • Administer campus request forms, including visits, professional development, excursions and incursions
  • Monitor receipt and expenditure of petty cash
  • School banking and processing purchase requests and accounts payable

You will work closely with the campus leadership team, teaching and support staff, students and the broader school community to provide administrative support services by performing clerical and other duties related to the daily routine of campus management.
