Midnight Operations Coordinator

This is a dynamic entry-level position that plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our facilities. As a Midnight Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for residents during overnight hours.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular safety checks and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
  • Managing conflicts, grievances, and after-hours emergencies with professionalism and poise.
  • Serving as a friendly and approachable resource for residents who require assistance or have concerns.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and payment processing in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Addressing resident needs related to noise complaints, disturbances, and lockouts in a courteous and efficient manner.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will possess:

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check (VIC).
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality, or security.
  • A proven track record of managing overnight responsibilities and working autonomously.
