The Night Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building overnight.
This key position is responsible for being the first point of contact for residents, responding to incidents, handling emergencies and providing reassurance and assistance when needed.
- Conduct regular safety checks to monitor building safety and respond to any issues or emergencies overnight.
- Manage incidents including conflicts, grievances and after-hours emergencies.
- Provide friendly and approachable support to residents as their welfare and assistance needs arise.
- Complete administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting and payment processing.
- Respond to resident needs like noise complaints, disturbances and lockouts.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- A valid Working with Children's Check (VIC).
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality or security.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage overnight responsibilities.
As a Night Operations Coordinator, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents.
