Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Venue Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving a high-performing team culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT SHIFT OPERATIONS by ensuring all areas of the venue run smoothly and efficiently.
  • MOTIVATE AND BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM CULTURE by leading, guiding, and developing your colleagues to achieve their full potential.
  • ASSIST WITH STOCK MANAGEMENT, REPORTING, COMPLIANCE, AND OPERATIONAL TASKS to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • TAKEN ON ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES when required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY, PREFERABLY IN PUBS, BARS, OR BUSY RESTAURANTS.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF RSA, RSG, AND TAB REGULATIONS.
  • PASSION FOR CREATING EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCES AND DRIVING A BUZZING ATMOSPHERE.
