Restaurant Operations Specialist

An Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to Food Safety and WHS standards
- Manage stock levels, rotas, and financial targets to ensure profitability
- Coach and develop staff members to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Leadership qualities to nurture and motivate a team
- Previous experience in a management role within hospitality
- Completed or willingness to undertake a Food Safety Supervisor course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
