Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and overhead expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
