Greek Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Zeus Street Greek Restaurant team in delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will have a passion for overseeing daily operations and leading a team to achieve high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key performance indicators including financials and rostering to drive business success.
- Skipper, coach, and develop team members to achieve high standards of quality and safety.
- Evaluate and improve food quality and safety standards to meet customer expectations.
- A natural leader with hands-on experience in restaurant management, preferably with a proven track record of driving results.
- Able to build an efficient and effective team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage team members.
