Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee day-to-day operations of our restaurant, with a focus on dinner services and assisting with functions and events.

The successful applicant will liaise with hotel management to ensure seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, prioritizing dinner services and supporting functions and events.
  • Liaise with hotel management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals.

Key Selection Criteria

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurants or cafes.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge, including dietary requirements and restrictions.
  • An eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and closing shifts.
  • RSA and OH&S knowledge.
  • Local residence, with no visa work restrictions.
