Restaurant Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team.

This role is responsible for directing all areas of restaurant management, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and promoting brand awareness.

The successful candidate will have experience in hospitality or a related field, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are met, as well as maintain restaurant safety and security standards, recruit staff, and oversee training programs.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing inventory and money control systems, including establishing inventory schedules.

They will also develop local marketing initiatives and engage with prospective guests to drive sales, and maintain accurate business records.
