Student Support Services Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Melton, Victoria. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-level student support services to improve student learning and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation to schools, healthcare providers, and families using evidence-based best practices.
- Develop and implement programs, procedures, and policies that foster resilience in children and young people to support their educational needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and school leadership to ensure holistic care and support student learning and wellbeing.
- Provide authoritative professional advice in relation to issues involving student wellbeing.
- Contribute to student wellbeing policy development and professional development of other student support service team members.
Requirements:
- A graduate or post-graduate degree in social work or equivalent.
- Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- A valid Working with Children Check and full Drivers' License is required for this position.
