About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Forensic Clinicians – Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists. As a Forensic Clinician, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based forensic interventions to offenders within correctional facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, screenings, and assessments to identify individual needs and develop treatment plans
- Prepare and deliver group-based intervention programs to promote positive behavioral change
- Assess and manage a range of acute and chronic disorders, including mental health conditions and substance use disorders
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor of Psychology, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, or Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- AHPRA registration or membership with the AASW
- Mental health accreditation (Registered Nurses)
- National Police Clearance
- Willingness to undergo background checks
