We are seeking a highly skilled Redress Specialist to provide critical support to participants of the Redress scheme. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have experienced trauma.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants, providing end-to-end support, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. About the Role:

  • Provide victim-centric case management to participants of the Redress schemes.
  • Manage a caseload of participants who have experienced trauma, mental health and/or ill health concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A qualification and relevant experience in counselling, social work, psychology, and/or nursing.
  • Experience in victim support and/or case management is essential.
