Job Description

Drive digital engagement and customer relationships through targeted and personalized digital notifications. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the customer experience.

Lead the sub-domain value chain, scale cross-functional squads, and drive strategic direction for notifications as a channel for Personal Banking. Build strong strategic engagement and relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and partnership.

Evaluate the integrity of the notification experience and optimize conversion rates to drive commercial value. Collaborate with virtual cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and contribute to broader Personal Everyday Banking business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital engagement strategies that achieve intended outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional squads to drive business results and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and partnership.
  • Optimize conversion rates and evaluate the integrity of the notification experience.
  • Contribute to broader Personal Everyday Banking business priorities.

  • Experience articulating and implementing business strategy that achieves intended outcomes.
  • Proven track record delivering consistent results in a large, complex business.
  • Experience leading virtual cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • People leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate simply and with influence combined with strong business acumen.
