Job Opportunity: Digital Engagement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned digital engagement leader to drive our online presence and foster meaningful connections with our audience.

This key role involves developing and implementing strategic digital plans, refining customer journeys, and overseeing our digital footprint across various platforms.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication and effective engagement with our audience.

The ideal candidate will bring innovative thinking and a data-driven approach to help us evaluate and improve our competitive position, increase impact through targeted digital engagement, and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, including managing customer experiences, email campaigns, website content, SEO, and SEM;
  • Leadership and mentoring expertise, inspiring creativity, effectiveness, and high performance;
  • Ability to create and implement targeted digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate;
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and ad serving tools like Google Ads;
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills;
  • Creativity, analytical skills, data-driven thinking, customer-centric approach, and openness to new ideas and best practices;
  • Degree in Marketing or related field is an asset but not essential;
  • Alignment with Christian values and adherence to our Mission and Values.
