Senior Digital Engagement Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital engagement and deepen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop targeted and personalised digital notifications to enhance customer interactions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic roadmaps and deliver prioritised notifications use cases
  • Drive commercial viability and strategic direction of notifications as a channel for Personal Banking
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and partnership

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles in Digital Enablement
  • Experience leading CX/digital programs and/or delivering CX/digital outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen
