Senior Digital Leader

The role of Senior Digital Leader is a critical position within our organization, responsible for leading a team of skilled digital engineers and designers to deliver outstanding technical outcomes for our clients.
This leadership position requires strong proficiency in principles of ISO19650, certification preferred but not mandatory. A seasoned senior digital specialist with extensive years' experience working in a similar role on large scale projects will be highly successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project documentation including digital engineering strategies and execution plans to best suit project needs
- Drive digital integration within projects and seek opportunities to streamline the approach and outcome
- Support the delivery team in digital activities to ensure a collaborative project outcome while growing & developing the team's capabilities
- Coordinate DE activities and manage information exchanges in a common data environment. Ensure quality assurance and quality control checks of models align with the digital execution plan.
- Monitor DE budgets and resources including forecast and reporting
- Participate in digital related meetings and presentations, as well as engagement with the wider DE team for a consistent approach across projects.
- Mentor and support the wider team through guidance on digital implementation
A highly experienced and skilled professional with strong understanding of digital processes and systems, including their optimisation and implementation on major projects. Proven experience in a digital delivery role, preferably on transport projects, is also essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an adaptable approach to training individuals, are required. Proficiency in CDEs, coordination and modelling tools is also necessary.
