Senior Learning Solutions Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Capability professional to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that address the capability needs and directions of WorkSafe.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and colleagues to create high-quality training resources for face-to-face, blended, and online delivery. Your work should be engaging, linked to scheme outcomes, and compliant with ASQA and National Training Package requirements where applicable.
You will also provide facilitation and/or facilitation support for workshops, including both face-to-face and online. In addition, you will share and contribute technical/specialist expertise and knowledge with other team members to strengthen overall team capability and performance.
Your role will involve investigating, analyzing, and recommending opportunities for improvement or change to learning solutions and programs as a result of legislation introduction or change, new policies, processes, and systems, emerging issues, or revisions of National Training Packages.
To ensure successful project delivery, you will manage own and team project plan(s) to ensure learning solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years' experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of competency-based and technical training programs, ideally within a VET or other regulated environment.
- You should have demonstrated experience in formal instructional design techniques and processes based on adult learning principles and practice.
- Familiarity with eLearning/authoring tools, including Articulate, Captivate, and Adapt, is highly desirable.
- A background in workers' compensation, insurance, or claims is an advantage.
