Job Overview

The Consultant, Learning and Capability plays a pivotal role in co-designing, testing and rolling out the HSW Learning Pathway.

This position collaborates with the Learning & Capability team members to elevate the TAC's capability and performance through contemporary learning programs and interventions.

The consultant supports the Senior Consultant to deliver strategically aligned learning and capability investments that foster individual, team and organisational development.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing and implementing learning programs that enhance employee and organisational capability.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation in a professional environment.

Demonstrated experience applying human-centred design principles, project management methodologies and tools is essential.

A systems thinker with a passion for creating innovative, inclusive and impactful learning experiences is required.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary, along with the ability to engage and facilitate diverse audiences and make complex topics accessible.

Previous experience working in an agile environment is highly desirable.
About the Team

This role reports to the Senior Consultant, Learning & Capability and sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division.

You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.

You will be supported by a Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture.
