This role will support the Senior Consultant, Learning and Capability, in co-designing, testing, and rolling out the HSW Learning Pathway. It is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with our learning professionals and contribute to the uplift of TAC's capability and performance.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of contemporary learning programs that improve employee and organisational capability. This involves working closely with the Learning & Capability team members to create innovative, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences.
Key skills and experience required include:
- Demonstrated expertise in applying human centred design principles
- Demonstrated experience in applying project management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools
- A deep understanding of learning and development best practice methodologies, models, and frameworks
- The ability to engage and facilitate diverse audiences and make complex topics accessible
