This newly created role offers a chance to make a lasting impact in the field of organisational development.
The focus is on developing and delivering online learning solutions using a new learning management platform, including skills training, refreshers, induction, and onboarding. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external providers to build workforce capability through face-to-face training, workshops, online learning modules, and more.
Responsibilities include contributing to an environment that supports staff professional development, developing strategies and resources for learning initiatives, processes, and programs, crafting culturally appropriate training materials, collaborating with program areas to develop training calendars, coordinating and delivering training using diverse approaches, implementing internal communication plans to promote professional learning activities, managing continuing professional development requirements for relevant staff, working with Executive and Senior Managers to project manage training solutions, negotiating with external service providers to ensure value for money, and evaluating training success and identifying future learning needs.
To be considered for this role, you'll need a relevant degree or experience in learning and development, education, or training, experience designing and delivering professional learning programs, including online learning modules, understanding of information technology required for quality learning experiences, project management skills and ability to plan, undertake, and manage projects, well-developed written, oral communication, and facilitation skills, and demonstrated experience establishing positive relationships with stakeholders.
