Job Summary:
This role will play a pivotal part in driving organisational capability and performance through the design and delivery of cutting-edge learning and development programmes.
The Senior Consultant will partner with senior leaders to drive strategically aligned learning investments, enabling individual, team and business-wide growth.
This position will focus on building career pathways across divisions, aligning with future business requirements.

- Experience in building learning and career pathways, with a focus on future-focused development.
- Ability to design and implement effective frameworks for targeted capability development and career progression.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
- Capacity to work in an agile environment, applying iterative approaches.
