Role: Customer Success Manager

Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) is in search of a Customer Success Manager dedicated to retaining and expanding our construction clientele. The Customer Success Manager facilitates the adoption of our cloud solutions and aids our clients in achieving their desired outcomes. You will serve as a trusted, strategic partner to your assigned clients, fostering enduring and meaningful relationships.

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Customer Success, you will cultivate a network within each client organization, align with their objectives, and maximize the value of ACS workflows for the client. You will be the primary advocate for product adoption and collaborate with ACS Sales teams to identify opportunities for account expansion. You will spearhead the digital growth of your clients, leveraging your expertise in technology and the construction sector.

About You

  • You are well-versed in Autodesk's vision and strategy to become the leading construction platform provider.
  • You have a passion for discussing and promoting the digitization and digital transformation of our clients and the AEC industry at large.
  • You will onboard new construction clients with a focus on accelerating their time to value and helping them achieve positive outcomes.
  • To achieve these outcomes, you will identify opportunities to expand solution adoption and recommend best practices to enhance their post-purchase experience.
  • You are adept at surpassing target goals by maintaining a high customer retention rate, coordinating with ACS sales to ensure renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • You will conduct regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with clients.
  • You will gather product feedback from clients and contribute to discussions regarding the product roadmap.
  • You will monitor account health to identify churn risks and proactively work to mitigate those risks.
  • You will enhance product usage and adoption of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • You will establish a trusted advisor relationship with your clients and advocate for their needs within the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team.
  • You are comfortable proposing and developing processes that enable our organization to scale, collaborating with various stakeholders and teams, both internally and externally.
  • You will champion ACS while identifying industry-positive business outcomes, required capabilities, and relevant forums to raise awareness of ACS services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B role.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, considering current circumstances.
  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to grasp one of the largest and most complex industries (construction).
  • Experience conducting quarterly business reviews, detailing clients' adoption of and progress with the product.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with multiple clients.
  • Process-oriented and organized.
  • A strong work ethic, a history of achievements, and a drive for success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the construction industry (e.g., Project Manager, VDC Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Foreman).
  • Familiarity with AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on construction.
  • A detailed understanding of our ACS Solutions (BIM 360, Plangrid, Assemble, ACC) or similar CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions would be highly advantageous.
