Concierge Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Security Engineer to join our team at Arctic Wolf. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, leveraging your expertise to create outstanding partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain partnerships with customers to ensure their security needs are met.
- Analyze log and system data to identify potential security threats and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to communicate security-related information and collaborate on security initiatives.
- Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance on security best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve customer security issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the security operations team to develop and implement security processes and procedures.
- Mentor junior security analysts to develop their technical and soft skills.
- 3+ years of experience in information security, network security, or cybersecurity.
- 3+ years of experience as a network administrator, system administrator, or cloud administrator.
- Detailed understanding of enterprise IT security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, content filtering, and proxies.
- Understanding of enterprise IT operations, including networking, active directory, LDAP, Windows server, and cloud infrastructures.
- Ability to analyze log and system data.
- Knowledge of scripting tools and languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills in a professional context.
- Positive "can-do" attitude.
- Willingness to learn and continuous self-improvement.
