About the Role

  • Monitor call volumes, wait times, and patient experience metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Guarantee accuracy of bookings, communication, and fee estimates while maintaining high standards.
  • Support process improvements and workflow efficiency projects to enhance team performance.
About You
  • Demonstrated expertise in medical bookings, call centre, or customer service roles.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience with evidence of success.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to balance operational and supervisory responsibilities effectively.
