About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our patient bookings team, combining operational duties with staff supervision to ensure efficient, patient-centered scheduling and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Booking Centre team including training, rostering, and workflow support
  • Handle escalated patient and referrer enquiries professionally
  • Maintain operational workload by scheduling patient appointments and managing calls
  • Monitor call volumes, wait times, and patient experience metrics
  • Ensure accuracy of bookings, patient communication, and fee estimates
  • Support process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives
