This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to clients by efficiently managing our team of casual caregivers.

About This Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining and adjusting the fortnightly roster as required to meet the evolving needs of our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and maintenance of the fortnightly roster for caregivers.
  • Respond promptly to daily changes and fill shifts as needed due to last-minute cancellations or changes.
  • Effectively communicate with caregivers regarding their schedules, availability and any adjustments.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure suitable caregiver-client matches.
  • Utilize scheduling software to optimize rostering efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess experience in rostering or scheduling preferably in healthcare, aged care or community services.
