As a Centre Manager, you have the opportunity to lead a well-established 65-place centre. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can guide and mentor a team of passionate educators.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations, including:

  • Guiding and mentoring a team of passionate educators
  • SUPPORTING AND UPHOLDING THE CENTRE'S POLICIES, PROCEDURES, PHILOSOPHY AND REGULATIONS
  • Attending to administration tasks
  • Developing collaborative partnerships with families
  • Developing meaningful relationships with the wider local community
  • Ensuring the highest quality of education and care is delivered throughout

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
  • Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a senior leadership role in a long daycare setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Inherent responsibility and dedication to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
  • Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
