Exciting Opportunity for Centre Manager:

A leading role has become available at a beautiful 65-place centre. As Centre Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a passionate team of educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for families being served.

  • Oversee daily operations, including guiding and mentoring a team of passionate educators
  • Support and uphold the centres policies, procedures, philosophy, and regulations
  • Attend to administration tasks
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with families
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the wider local community

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
  • Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a senior leadership role in a long daycare setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
  • Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
