We are seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to join our leadership team in a regional role focused on delivering and expanding our health, energy, and data centre capability across Asia-Pacific.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior professional who brings both deep technical expertise and a diverse perspective, and who is ready to influence the next chapter of growth in a high-priority sector.
You will lead complex, high-profile projects across the region while playing a key role in building our pipeline, deepening client relationships, and developing a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact—technically, commercially, and culturally—helping shape our presence in the data centre space while working in a business that values innovation, inclusion, and purpose-driven work.
- Lead high-profile data center projects, managing the design and execution of advanced electrical systems while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
- Strategically develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address the unique needs of data centers, ensuring optimal performance in power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
- Represent us in client-facing engagements, offering expert advice and insights that contribute to both project success and long-term relationships.
- Drive the growth and development of our electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development, project acquisition, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm in the data centre space.
You will have the opportunity to do socially useful work that has meaning—and to belong to an extraordinary collective where we encourage individuality to thrive. Our strength comes from how we respect, share, and connect our diverse experiences, perspectives, and ideas.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of leadership in large-scale, complex projects; a background in health, energy, and/or data centers is advantageous.
- Strong technical expertise in the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of a business.
