You will work closely with our Leadership Team to drive business performance and enable us to invest in providing high-quality education for young children across Australia.

About Our Centre

Bentleigh is a vibrant and resource-rich environment that inspires curiosity and imagination. We provide unique learning experiences for children through yoga experiences, water play areas, natural play structures, and open-plan ateliers.

Our team enjoys taking the children out on excursions to maintain strong connections with the local community. We celebrate diverse cultures, holidays, and host fundraising events throughout the year.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it).
  • Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a long day-care centre.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, as well as a valid Working with Children check.
