Payment Sales Expert

This role is perfect for those passionate about sales and digital payments who want to help businesses thrive in the evolving merchant payments landscape.

As a member of our dynamic Payment Technical Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to support clients in operating and growing their business through innovative payment solutions that help them better engage with their customers and suppliers.

We specialise in card present and eCommerce merchant-related payment solutions, working across internal teams to deliver an optimum customer experience and support a wide range of diversified businesses across our segments – Small Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Regional & Agri Business, Major Client Group & Institutional Banking & Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day pipeline management, operational excellence and execution
  • Engaging prospective merchants across our segments, leveraging inbound leads and referrals from our Alliance Partners
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored payment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and support
  • Contribute to the expansion of our merchant portfolio through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Partner with other teams in Business Bank to organise and attend Alliance Partner trade shows and networking events to engage with their members.
