Caregiver Opportunity

As a caregiver with UPA Aged Care Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized support to individuals in their own homes.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social interaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality, respect, and dignity for all clients at all times.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations using established first aid procedures.
  • Record accurate client information and report any incidents or hazards.

You will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (desired).
  • A current Australian driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • A registered and insured vehicle.
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Confidence in utilizing technology.
