Senior Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Specialist to provide vital support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition, Learning Difficulties, and associated conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals in daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Enable independence by encouraging participation in work/education and leisure activities.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six months experience supporting people with Autism Spectrum Condition, or Learning Difficulties and associated conditions.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification.
  • NISCC registration (or willingness to register) and a full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year.
