Job Title: Technical Assistance Specialist

Job Overview

This is an on-site position based in Newcastle, NSW. As a Technical Assistance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • A high level of time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong L2 support experience is required. Candidates with L3 or team-lead experience may have an advantage.
Requirements
  • Reliable commute or relocation to Newcastle, NSW 2300 before starting work (Preferred).
  • Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred).
